Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect & Interior Designer to lead architectural and interior projects from concept development through project execution. This role requires strong design capabilities, technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered with the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and design presentations.
- Design and develop custom furniture, including built-in and loose furniture.
- Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and RAB (Cost Estimation).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and site teams during project execution.
- Conduct site visits, supervise project progress, and ensure quality meets company standards.
- Review shop drawings, materials, finishes, and technical details before production.
- Resolve technical and design issues during construction and installation.
- Manage project timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior designers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
- Strong understanding of construction details, custom furniture, materials, lighting, and finishing.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong design aesthetics and time management skills.
