We are looking for a highly skilled, true hybrid Senior AI Video Editor who excels in both traditional video editing and advanced Artificial Intelligence tools. We strictly require someone who already possesses proven, hands-on skills and real-world experience in generating and editing AI content. This senior position requires a deep understanding of post-production and generative AI to craft high-quality, seamless video content. You will be responsible for executing complex edits, establishing highly efficient workflows, and ensuring top-tier quality control to eliminate common AI inconsistencies (such as mismatched voiceovers, visual artifacts, or a lack of dynamic B-rolls).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing at a senior level, flawlessly integrating generative AI assets with professional post-production techniques.
- Utilize advanced prompt engineering to generate high-quality AI B-rolls, images, voiceovers (VO), and animations that align perfectly with the narrative and brand guidelines.
- Build, test, and continuously optimize AI video production workflows to improve output quality and turnaround times.
- Act as the ultimate problem-solver for complex editing challenges, seamlessly navigating and overcoming the technical limitations of current AI tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or Post-Production with a proven track record as a Senior Editor.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid combination of expert traditional editing and advanced Generative AI implementation (must be attached).
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut).
- Advanced, hands-on experience with cutting-edge Generative AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Seadance, Claude)
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
- Highly independent with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the final video output in remote settings.
