Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer Freelance to design and deliver advanced AI components for a next-generation digital information system. In this role, you will:
- Design and implement AI components for a next-generation digital information system, including data pipelines, model training, and system automation.
- Work closely with business and government partners to understand workflows and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure secure data handling, clean data processing, and seamless back-end integration between all modules.
- Support dashboard development, contribute to system simulations and performance testing, and provide maintenance support after launch.
- Collaborate with the data scientist to align modelling, validation, and reporting structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (machine learning, NLP, or computer vision).
- Strong proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with data pipelines, data preprocessing, and integrating AI models into production systems (APIs, microservices, or dashboards).
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, testing, documentation) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with secure data handling, system integration, and backend coordination with multi-module systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work onsite only on the first week at Cipete, South Jakarta.
