Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Advertising Specialist (Ads Specialist) VONA
- Design, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to achieve target ROI.
- Manage and optimize ads on marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others, focusing on increasing product visibility and sales.
- Analyze ad performance on marketplace platforms and adjust strategies based on market trends or changing demands.
- Report campaign results and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Analyze ad performance data and develop strategies to improve campaigns based on these insights.
- Develop and conduct A/B testing for ads to determine campaign effectiveness.
- Manage ad budgets and monitor spending to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop relevant and effective ad content.
- Optimize landing pages used in ad campaigns to increase conversions (CRO) by working closely with design and development teams.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns.
- Deep understanding of major digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of advertising on marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and marketplace analytics tools.
- Proven experience in managing large ad budgets and achieving target ROI.
- Experience in landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies across different platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
