We’re looking for an Ads Specialist who knows how to run high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital ad platforms. You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and content teams to launch campaigns that move the needle for brands—whether the goal is lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.
About the Role
You must be willing to work on-site in Bali (Tumbak Bayuh). Remote is not available for this role.
As our Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for a variety of clients and industries. You should feel confident running both performance-based campaigns and creative ad tests, while staying on top of trends, audience behavior, and platform updates.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and more.
- Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and funnel mapping.
- Create and test ad copy, creatives, hooks, and offers in collaboration with content and design teams.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key KPIs.
- Set up tracking systems using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM, etc.
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on data insights.
- Prepare and deliver reports with clear analysis, learnings, and next steps.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to align paid strategies with business goals.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience running paid ads (agency or brand-side).
- Strong understanding of digital ad funnels, targeting logic, campaign structures, and customer psychology.
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance and scaling ads.
- Experience using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Great with numbers and confident in making decisions based on data.
- Bonus: Experience with lead gen funnels, ecommerce campaigns, or remarketing strategies.
- Bonus: Able to brief and collaborate with designers on high-converting ad creatives.
