- Lead and manage a team of Ads Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platforms, and proactively propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven experience 2 years working in digital advertising, preferably in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Ads Specialists.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and industry advancements.
