Deskripsi pekerjaan SENIOR AD ROI OPERATOR -MEDIA DEPT MEKONG COMMUNICATIONS

Ad ROI is our new name transformed from Media, a core Department of Mekong Communications since 2008. Ad ROI presents that what we are doing and transforming is out of Media perspective. We are pioneering new orientations in creating Ad ROI solutions for our clients’ business, and maximize their Return on Investment (ROI) via applying new connected knowledge, latest trends combined with the latest technology.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Proposal (30%):
Work with Ad ROI Performer to build the holistic proposal & media plan or Ad ROI approach.
Ensure the best competitive plan in terms of pricing, feasibility and truly creating best ROI for client’s advertising or business investments.
2. Manage Campaigns & Team (60%)
Deploy, Execute, Manage and Optimize Media (or Ad ROI) Campaigns.
Data Driven Approach for identifying the best actionable insights for campaigns via data interpretation upon visualization, analysis and reports to continuously enhance the ROI for the campaigns or business.
Closely collaborating with Ad ROI Performer Division & Business Success Department to solve the client problems.
Manage the assigned in-line team (Executive, Assistant, Intern) to ensure the campaign deployment success.
Consult clients where necessary for the campaign deliverables.
3. Growth (Self & Train) (10%)
Be able to self learn and update the changes from all platforms, changes on the market (or categories) to cope with the ROI challenges.
Conduct knowledge sharing/training within the Ad ROI team and across other departments.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge & experience on: SEM, Display, Social channels.
Be able to evaluate & optimize creative content to drive best ROI.
Strong understanding the metrics from upper funnel to lower funnel
Independent & Can-Do Attitude.
Self - motivated & problem - solver.
Data Enabler and Interpreter for Optimization.
Open mindset to explore, learn and apply new things.
Report to General Ad ROI Manager.
