Job Description
- Record daily financial transactions accurately into the accounting system (Accurate).
- Prepare and maintain general journals, general ledgers, and supporting accounting documents.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
- Prepare complete financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all accounting records and supporting documents.
- Verify financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments regarding financial documentation and reporting.
- Prepare data and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure financial records support tax reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
Minimum GPA 3.30. - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff or Senior Accounting.
- Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software.
- Strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle and financial statement preparation.
- Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN & PPh) is an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookup Functions, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling monthly closing independently.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage (not mandatory).
