Job Description
• Prepare and post daily accounting journal entries accurately and timely.
• Assist in daily, weekly & monthly financial closings.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Maintain and organize accounting records and documentation.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Responsible for daily payment & AP control.
• Assist with audits and tax-related documentation as required.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting from reputable university with min GPA >3.00
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting (Previously worked as a Senior Accounting Staff or Supervisor).
• Excellent in Ms. Excel, have experience using NAV will be advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.).
• Solid understanding of tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, e-SPT, e-Faktur).
• Experienced in accounting software .
• Strong financial analysis & budgeting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
• Leadership & problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented & able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
