Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum education of D3 or S1 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or other relevant fields.
- Relevant working experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a service-based company such as a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, consulting firm, or professional services company. Candidates who understand service transactions, taxation processes/platforms, and the operational flow of a digital agency will be highly preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting systems, preferably Mekari Jurnal, including transaction recording, reconciliation, invoicing, journal review, account monitoring, and preparation of accurate financial data and reports.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments as well as external parties such as tax consultants and HR consultants to ensure proper financial, taxation, payroll-related, and compliance processes.
- Experienced in managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including reviewing vendor bills, scheduling payments, issuing and monitoring client invoices, controlling outstanding receivables, reconciling balances, and ensuring transactions are properly documented and recorded.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including the ability to organize and process large datasets, perform reconciliations, build financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
