Role Summary
The Senior Accounting & Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial control environment. This role requires a hands-on accounting professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a structured yet lean organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, monitor, and validate accounting transactions processed by the accounting administration team.
- Could you make sure that proper bookkeeping, journal entries, and accounting flows are executed accurately and in accordance with established standards?
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements and internal management reports.
- Monitor financial records, cash flow, and basic internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing tax regulations and reporting obligations.
- Operate and maintain accounting records using Accurate accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate stock and cash opname activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Support operational accounting activities in a retail F&B environment.
- Could you identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential financial risks and report findings accordingly?
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and end-to-end accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or retail F&B is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical capability.
- Able to work effectively in a small, structured team environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and basic awareness of financial risk and fraud prevention.
