Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update standard cost in SAP, including cost data management and periodic review.
- Monitor PO input and outsourced production processes (such as printing and embroidery), ensuring proper documentation for material delivery and receiving.
- Control and verify inventory movement and material usage related to production and outsourcing activities.
- Reconcile daily stock in and stock out data in SAP with production records to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform monthly SAP closing and cost reconciliation, supporting cost control and financial accuracy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production and cost analysis reports, including input–output production data.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing company, especially in garment, textile, footwear, or bag manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in cost accounting, inventory control, and production costing.
- Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with production, warehouse, and related departments.
- Candidate should be willing to work at Jepara, Central Java.
