Job Description
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and company policies.
Manage the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Flow.
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
Prepare and review tax reports, fiscal reconciliations (tax fiscal corrections), and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax filings, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Annual Corporate Tax Returns.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and tax reviews.
Oversee the recording of leasing income, service charges, utility charges, and other property-related transactions.
Analyze financial reports and provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop the Accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable financial and tax regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, including at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor role.
Prior experience in the Property, Real Estate, Property Management, or Property Development industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), taxation, and audit processes.
Proven experience in preparing and managing financial reports for property companies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar ERP systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Holding Brevet A & B Tax Certification is an advantage.
Experience in handling external audits and tax compliance.
Strong knowledge of leasing accounting, service charges, utility billing, fixed asset accounting, and other property-related financial transactions.
Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) are a plus.
