About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Indonesian Accountant to independently manage full-cycle accounting and taxation for our own PMA company and a portfolio of client companies. The role demands accuracy, discipline, fast communication, and strong ownership of reporting, compliance, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounting, reconciliation, and payment processing for our PMA and client companies
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual tax reporting (VAT, PPh, Corporate Tax)
- LKPM and OSS RBA monitoring & compliance
- Payroll processing
- NPWP/NIB monitoring, audit documentation, and communication with tax authorities
- Compliance checks, risk identification, and tax advisory for clients
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Indonesian accounting, with mandatory PMA company experience
- Comfortable handling 50–200+ transactions/month independently
- Excellent DJP Online and OSS RBA skills; Cortex/SSO a plus
- Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and solid VAT/PPh/Corporate Tax knowledge
- Good working English
