We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Manager to manage our key client portfolio and drive significant business growth. You will be responsible for high-level relationship management, leading sales initiatives, and overseeing a team to reach company financial targets. This is a high-impact role suitable for a professional with a strong track record in B2B sales and account retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve long-term sales targets and company goals.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities (upselling & cross-selling) within existing high-value accounts.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients and executive stakeholders (C-Level).
- Resolve complex client issues and handle escalations effectively to maintain long-term loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the account management team to exceed their individual and team quotas.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and present monthly/quarterly forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and match client expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as a Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Manager in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s bachelor’s degree from any major. Master’s degree is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership is a MUST: Proven experience in managing and coaching a sales team is required.
- Strong strategic thinking, conceptual planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of communicating with C-Level executives.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Professional/Business Level) is mandatory.
- Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve high earning potential.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
