Job Description:
- Own and grow a portfolio of key brand and creator accounts post-signing — driving retention, renewals, upsell, and account revenue/GMV growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, managing expectations, escalations, and long-term relationship health.
- Translate client objectives into executable campaign plans and coordinate delivery with livestream, KOL/affiliate, content production, and operations teams.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (GMV, ROAS, conversion, creator output), analyze results, and present data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, performance reports, and renewal/expansion proposals to client decision-makers.
- Contribute to building WEI's account management system — SOPs, reporting templates, account health tracking, and handover process from BD.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years in account management, client servicing, or campaign management — ideally within an MCN, social media agency, digital marketing, retail, or FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing key accounts, with measurable revenue or GMV impact.
- Strong understanding of the retail/FMCG landscape and how social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate) fits into brand go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence in front of corporate clients.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign data, margin/pricing structures, and ROI to defend recommendations.
- Ability to build structure and process in a still-maturing environment, not just execute existing playbooks.
- Adaptable, hands-on, and collaborative across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
