Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or B2B Sales
- Hands-on experience managing corporate and brand clients directly
- A proven track record of closing deals
- Solid understanding of pipeline management, proposals, negotiation, and CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of contract and deal terms (MOU, deliverables, timelines, revisions)
- A target-driven mindset with a history of hitting revenue goals
Nice to Have
- Background in the creator economy, KOL agencies, MCN, or digital media
- Experience with brand deals or endorsement campaigns
- Experience building or improving a CRM system from scratch
- Familiarity with Microdrama/Vertical Drama content
- Experience managing retainer-based accounts, not just one-off projects
What You'll Do
Lead Handling & Conversion
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and consistently
- Qualify leads by brand, needs, budget, timeline, and priority
- Route leads to the right owner — handle brand campaigns, endorsements, and brand accounts directly; forward talent leads to the Talent Manager, affiliate leads to the Affiliate Manager, and escalate the rest to the CCMO (Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer)
- Prepare and deliver proposals, rate cards, and package presentations
- Run scheduled follow-ups with a value-driven approach
- Negotiate rates and scope through to deal closure
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with active clients through proactive updates and nurturing
- Spot repeat order and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
- Re-engage dormant clients on a regular cadence
- Serve as the client's main point of contact before handover to the Project Manager
System & Reporting
- Keep CRM and deal records updated in real time
- Prepare weekly pipeline and conversion rate reports
- Forecast revenue based on the current pipeline
