On behalf of one of its clients, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a:
Senior Account Manager (Pharma & Healthcare Digital Agency)
Our client is a creative and digital agency in the pharma and healthcare/ life science industry, with subsidies in SEA, Australia, China, Europe.
We're looking for its future Account Manager to reinforce its team in Singapore. Proactive self-starter with good business acumen he/she will be a core member of a team providing exemplary client service and creating partnership with its clients in SEA region.
Strong understanding of the medical and pharmaceutical environment is needed.
Working with cross functional teams internally and externally, the Account Manager articulates the agency's product values and orchestrates the creation of marketing materials to achieve client's success and goals and generate growth and revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Singapore Business Director and the Managing Director, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Service multiple clients concurrently and meeting deadlines in a timely manner
- Serve as the client lead, manage its projects from start to end, including regular updates and progress status
- Understand the clients’ expectations to be able to communicate them accurately to internal teams and act as a project leader until attaining successful project completion
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client in order to improve client relationships
- Increase customer satisfaction and retention by helping develop initiatives and improving process
- Take an active and strategic role and provide support in pitches and requests for proposal
- Identify new business opportunities, cross selling products and services and follow up on new customer development
- Manage budget, margin and ensure revenue growth by following-up on KPIs
- Propose innovative solutions for future development : put forward new strategies and drive best practices with clients and internally
- Manage a team of account executives and project managers, as well as coach internal cross functional teams
- Participate in healthcare and pharma industry networking events
Requirements:
- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position in creative agency/or brand manager role
- OR Experience in pharma, life science or healthcare industry
- Skills in marketing (including Multi-channel marketing), ideally in agency
- Business driven, to grow the portfolio of clients
- Singaporeans/ PR welcome
