Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, highly competitive, and target-driven Senior Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group. Operating with a "Hunter" mentality, you will be fully responsible for identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth by selling our comprehensive stack of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions to top-tier banks and financial institutions in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Execution : Actively identify, pursue, and win sales opportunities for enterprise ICT solutions (including networking, switches, routers, storage, wireless, etc.) within major private and state-owned (BUMN) banks.
- Executive Account Management : Build, maintain, and deepen long-term strategic relationships with high-level decision-makers and C-level executives in the financial services sector.
- End-to-End Sales Lifecycle : Lead the entire sales pipeline, from initial market research and lead generation to designing commercial proposals, managing bidding/tender processes, and securing contract closure.
- Channel & Partner Enablement : Collaborate with regional functions to recruit, manage, and optimize channel partners and local vendors to accelerate market penetration.
- Financial & Pipeline Forecasting : Take comprehensive accountability for business metrics including revenue targets, project profitability (P&L), and compiling accurate weekly/monthly business forecast reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of direct enterprise sales experience within the IT, ICT, or Telecommunications industry.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience managing major Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts in Indonesia (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BSI, etc.).
- A proven history of successfully winning and delivering large-scale ICT infrastructure projects within the banking sector.
- Full professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory for day-to-day collaboration with global clients and expatriate stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to pitch complex technological solutions and negotiate high-value contracts with board members.
- A strong professional understanding of enterprise business processes and core ICT infrastructure (such as data storage, routing, cloud, and networking architectures).
- Extroverted, charismatic, and highly adaptable, with the soft skills required to build instant rapport and long-term trust with corporate clients.
- A "fighter" mentality—highly target-oriented, analytical, detail-oriented, and resilient when navigating the strict compliance and rules of financial institutions.
