Deskripsi pekerjaan SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE BP COMMUNICATIONS
- Managing the Process - Compliance - Standards of Project execution, focusing on the values of Objectives - Quality – CostsMaking debrief based on client’s brief;
- Be able to debrief clearly and give exact proposition and direction to internal team to develop proposals;
- Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs;
- Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams;
- Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines;
- Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels;
- Brainstorm and work with the Creative Team with the development of concepts, strategies, plan, and client presentations;
- Working with “homiez" across departments & disciplines to apply best Account Service practice;
- Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign;
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing, potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Execution:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/ Marketing/ Communication & Media Studies, etc;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in communication agencies;
- Experienced in ATL production process (KV, TVC, Video, Media, OOH, ect.);
- Understanding of Digital/PR/Social media working and assets (creative content, various formats, KOLs, social media index, report tools, etc.) ;
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
Leadership:
- At least 1 year experience in the same position in communication agencies;
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills;
- Can work under high pressure;
- Managing and developing team members.
