I'm currently looking for Senior Account Executive.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in an Agency / 360° Agency environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, web campaigns, influencer marketing, and basic performance metrics/KPIs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client requests and tight deadlines.
• Good budget management skills and commercial awareness.
• A strong problem solver who can stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across divisions.
Job Descriptions;
• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication, requests, feedback, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with creative, strategic, PH, and other internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results against KPIs, and prepare client reports.
• Identify upselling opportunities, pitch new ideas, and support contract renewals and new business opportunities.
• Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably.
• Keep internal teams aligned and make sure everyone is moving toward the same goal.
