Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Account Executive PT Cinta Paras Semesta

Sebagai Senior Account Executive di PT Cinta Paras Semesta, Anda akan menjadi key player dalam merancang dan mengeksekusi strategi pengembangan bisnis, menjalin kemitraan strategis, serta mengelola proyek kreatif dari hulu ke hilir. Dengan pengalaman dan wawasan industri yang matang, Anda akan memimpin pendekatan client handling yang strategis, mendampingi tim internal, dan berkoordinasi langsung dengan CEO untuk memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan di sektor kreatif, media, dan hiburan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan bisnis strategis dengan brand, agensi, media partner, serta institusi lainnya di sektor kreatif dan hiburan.
  • Merancang dan mengeksekusi strategi akuisisi klien, serta inisiatif kolaborasi yang relevan dengan layanan perusahaan (produksi konten, kampanye digital, event kreatif, manajemen talent, dll).
  • Menyusun proposal proyek, melakukan presentasi ide, memimpin proses pitching dan negosiasi kontrak.
  • Mengelola beberapa proyek sekaligus secara efektif, termasuk timeline, anggaran, dan koordinasi antar departemen.
  • Menjadi representasi perusahaan dalam forum eksternal dan menjaga kredibilitas brand perusahaan.
  • Memberikan masukan strategis dan insight pasar kepada CEO untuk pengambilan keputusan bisnis.
  • Membina dan mengarahkan Account Executive junior bila diperlukan, serta mendukung pertumbuhan tim.
  • Membuat laporan berkala terkait pipeline, revenue, dan performa klien kepada CEO.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari jurusan Komunikasi, Marketing, Manajemen, atau bidang relevan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3–4 tahun di posisi Account Executive atau Business Development, khususnya di industri kreatif, media, digital agency, atau entertainment.
  • Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang siklus proyek kreatif, mulai dari brief klien hingga eksekusi akhir.
  • Terbiasa bekerja langsung dengan klien skala nasional/multinasional dan stakeholder level eksekutif.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik dan profesional.

Proaktif, mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi dalam membangun peluang bisnis.

  • Memiliki jaringan luas di bidang kreatif, brand, media, dan komunitas industri hiburan.
  • Mampu berpikir strategis, multitasking, dan bekerja dalam tekanan target.
  • Menguasai Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, serta tools presentasi seperti Canva, PowerPoint, atau Keynote.
  • Siap melakukan perjalanan dinas dan menghadiri event sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Berpenampilan representatif dan memiliki attitude yang positif.
