Role Description
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will act as the strategic bridge between clients and our creative team. Your role is to understand client goals, translate them into clear and creative directions, and make sure that ideas are executed smoothly from concept to delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, design, production, media).
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs and project plans.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and quotations to ensure profitability and successful project execution.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns and projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and effective problem-solving.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and proposals with confidence and clarity.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Ensure all outputs meet the brief, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Support basic campaign strategy and contribute ideas to improve performance and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for repeat projects and account growth.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in creative, branding, and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
- Proven experience handling multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
- Experience in social, digital, or integrated campaigns is a plus.
