Account Executive / Project Manager
We’re looking for an Account Executive / Project Manager to help manage our day-to-day creative projects and client communication.
This role is for someone who already has some agency experience and can work independently, but is still hands-on and comfortable managing the details.
What You’ll Do
- Manage ongoing projects from brief to final delivery.
- Be one of the main day-to-day contacts for clients.
- Translate client briefs and feedback into clear directions for the internal team.
- Keep track of timelines, deliverables, revisions, approvals, and next steps.
- Coordinate with designers, creatives, production teams, and external vendors.
- Make sure projects keep moving and follow up when things are stuck.
- Join client meetings, take notes, and turn discussions into clear action points.
- Flag potential delays, scope changes, or issues before they become bigger problems.
- Help manage client expectations, especially when timelines are tight.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3–5 years of experience in a creative, advertising, branding, event, or similar agency environment.
- Comfortable handling clients and multiple projects at the same time.
- Organized, responsive, and good at following through.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator, both internally and with clients.
- Proactive and able to figure out what needs to happen next.
- Detail-oriented, but still able to see the bigger picture.
We’re looking for someone who can help keep the agency organized, the team moving, and the client informed without needing to be constantly chased.
