SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

FUNGSI X is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to lead integrated activation projects, manage key client relationships, and deliver exceptional campaign execution for leading national and multinational brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams.
- Handle end-to-end project management from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Develop project timelines, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), status reports, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with Creative, Strategic Planning, Production, Digital, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Identify project risks and provide proactive solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Communication, or related fields is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Activation, Event, Experiential Marketing, Advertising, or Integrated Marketing Agency.
- Experience in a multinational agency is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management and client servicing skills.
- Active English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- No history of fraud, ethical misconduct, or criminal cases.
- Willing to work Full-Time (WFO) at our office in Ampera, South Jakarta.
