Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience, proven experience in Sr. Account Executive and team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably within an advertising agency or marketing firm
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is beneficial
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key strategic accounts
- Understand and anticipate client needs, developing tailored solutions to meet their evolving requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and maximise value for clients
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, identify new opportunities and expand market share
- Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline and key activities
- Contribute to the wider sales team's success by sharing best practices and mentoring more junior members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their goals, preferences, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, production) and external parties to develop and execute strategies, campaigns, and projects. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
- Work with clients to understand their marketing and advertising goals. Develop campaign briefs, manage internal development, and support presentations.
- Manage project timelines and develop budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones. Calculate job profits and manage budgets with a focus on financial efficiency.
- Brief internal teams and external partners on client requirements and expectations. Review work to ensure it meets client specifications.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Address client issues and resolve conflicts promptly. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and resolve conflicts efficiently.
