Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers in the food and personal care ingredients industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate product samples, technical support, and customer inquiries with internal teams.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product development and launches.
- Prepare sales reports, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to sales strategy planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients, cosmetics, personal care, or related industries.
- Knowledge of basic formulation, product development, or technical ingredient applications is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in professional English.
- Experience in the Central Java and Yogyakarta (DIY) markets is an advantage.
Work Location: Central Java & Yogyakarta (DIY)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of work from home and on-site client visits)
