- Support the learning and development of students with special needs.
- Observe, document, and report student progress through structured reports.
- Assist in creating tailored strategies to support students’ educational and emotional needs.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, psychologists, and other specialists to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions related to special needs education.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive student information.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students in both academic and non-academic settings.
- Handle administrative duties related to student documentation and support services.
