Deskripsi pekerjaan Sekretaris Automation Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.

- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documents in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents for management.

- Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including business partners, clients, and regulators, on behalf of the executives.

- Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and company records with a high level of discretion.

- Track action items, monitor deadlines, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth executive operations.

- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Female.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the fintech, payment gateway, banking, or financial services industry.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with the fintech or payment industry is preferred.
