Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, documents, and maintain proper filing systems.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
- Support administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
- Maintain confidential company information and sensitive documents with a high level of integrity.
- Assist in preparing reports, business documents, and management presentations.
- Organize company meetings, events, and executive activities.
- Monitor deadlines and support management in ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Support documentation and administration related to compliance, governance, and corporate requirements when needed.
- Manage office supplies and administrative records efficiently.
- Perform other secretarial and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Female
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roles.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Strong business communication skills and able to prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and business documents in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates with previous experience in payment gateway, fintech, or financial services companies will be preferred.
