Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an executive secretary/personal assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with secretarial tasks (preferably male)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Diary management, including coordinating and managing diaries for internal and external client meetings (virtual or physical), establishing manageable timeframes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and taking minutes and protocols as required.
- Maintaining the calendar, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, and preparing agendas.
- Assisting the CEO in managing daily administrative tasks.
- Performing other secretarial and administration duties as defined by superiors.
