Rebate Administration
Compile, update, manage, and support all rebate administration and analysis in the region
Budget Control
Check and analyze YTD (Year-to-Date) Actual Rebate vs Budget across the region; periodically report to Channel Operation Manager, RSM, and leadership to avoid overspending
Program Management
Manage all rebate administration, monitor effectiveness, and provide needed support
Documentation
Ensure all rebate program documents are well managed and timely, including contracts, approval forms, and supporting data
Database Management
Compile, update, and manage the database of dealers and retailers, including customer profiles for each segment
Performance Reporting
Provide semester (half-year) rebate management performance reports for each Sales Executive (SE) and Sales Officer (SO) to be included in SIP (Sales Incentive Program) assessment
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Head Office staff to verify actual vs budget and speed up rebate payments
