1. Safety & Security Operations
Patrol hotel premises, including guest areas, public spaces, parking areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets.
Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest requests for assistance.
2. Guest Assistance
Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests when needed.
Escort guests or staff when necessary to ensure their safety.
Assist guests during emergencies, evacuations, or medical incidents.
Maintain a friendly and welcoming presence while ensuring security.
