The Island Sports Club is Bali’s premier destination for padel, fitness, wellness, and community lifestyle experiences. Operating across several beautiful locations including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T, we aim to create a welcoming environment where members and guests can connect through sports, wellness, and social activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum graduate from Senior High School or Vocational High School
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Having a valid Security Certificate (Gada Pratama) is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, responsible, alert, and well-organized
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts
- Able to join immediately
- Positive attitude, service-oriented, and professional
- Willing to be placed at the Canggu branch
- Must be based in Bali

Key Responsibilities
- As a Security Staff member, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all members, guests, and staff.
- Monitor and secure all club areas and facilities
- Welcome and assist members and guests professionally
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor daily activities
- Handle security incidents and report any unusual situations
- Ensure safety procedures and club regulations are followed
- Assist in crowd control during events and tournaments
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain security equipment and daily security reports
