Karma Group is looking for a professional and service-oriented Security Officer to join our team.
As the first point of contact at our office entrance, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while welcoming and assisting our guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify potential safety and security risks, as well as any undesirable conditions around the property.
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests regarding the parking area.
- Assist guests with parking their vehicles when required.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fire, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents when required.
- Prepare incident reports and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the office entrance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar security position.
- Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Alert, responsible, and able to respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
