About the role

We are seeking a Security professional to join our team at Taman Rama School in Denpasar, Bali on a full-time basis. As Security, you will play a vital role in protecting our school community, ensuring the safety of our students, staff and facilities. This position is essential to maintaining a secure learning environment and protecting our valuable assets. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive security protocols across our campus.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring school premises and controlling access to ensure only authorised personnel and visitors enter the campus

• Patrolling the school grounds and buildings regularly to identify and address potential security risks

• Responding to security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally, following established procedures

• Maintaining detailed incident and patrol logs documenting all security activities and observations

• Conducting visitor screening and maintaining visitor registers at all entry points

• Communicating with school management, staff and emergency services when necessary

• Assisting with event security arrangements and crowd management during school functions

• Ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations applicable to educational institutions

• Conducting regular security assessments and reporting potential vulnerabilities to management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a security role, preferably in an educational, corporate or institutional environment

• Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control systems and surveillance equipment

• Excellent observational and communication skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive

• Physical fitness and ability to patrol grounds regularly and respond to incidents

• Professional demeanour and the ability to interact respectfully with students, staff and visitors

• Problem-solving abilities and sound judgement in handling security situations

• Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent security standards

• Current security certification or licence as required by local regulations

• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with good written and verbal communication skills

• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification would be advantageous
