LOMO Boutique Hotel is a serene sanctuary nestled in the heart of Uluwatu, beautifully blending modern comfort with effortless Bali charm. Featuring thoughtfully designed rooms and private villas, alongside a dynamic dual-concept dining space—the relaxed Café LOMO by day and the refined TOBA Bistro by night—LOMO offers an authentic and highly personalized island escape. What You Will Contribute:
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property during the pre-opening and opening phase. You will support smooth operations by maintaining a secure environment and responding promptly and professionally to any security-related matters.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure constant safety and security.
- Control access at entrances and exits for guests, staff, and visitors in a polite yet firm manner.
- Ensure all security procedures and hotel policies are strictly followed during daily operations.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and guest concerns.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and immediately report any hazards or suspicious activities.
- Assist in crowd control and traffic management during dining peak hours, events, or high-occupancy periods.
- Coordinate seamlessly with department heads and management regarding ongoing security matters.
- Prepare daily security shift reports and accurate incident documentation.
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage other security equipment effectively.
- Support fire safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and regular safety drills.
- Assist in handling lost and found cases according to established hotel procedures.
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management to maintain a safe environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as a Security Officer in a fully operational hotel, resort, or hospitality property.
- Possession of a valid security certification (Gada Pratama or equivalent).
- Good physical condition, high alertness, and excellent situational awareness.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discipline.
- Good communication skills, a professional appearance, and a hospitable attitude towards guests.
- Basic English communication ability is preferred to assist international guests.
- Able to work effectively on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
