Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, company assets, and facilities by performing security patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property.
- Perform bag and vehicle inspections when required in accordance with company procedures.
- Report security incidents, suspicious activities, hazards, and violations promptly.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, accidents, and security threats.
- Participate in security training, drills, and departmental meetings.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.
- Balance security enforcement with excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; a Diploma in Security Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in hospitality, tourism, retail, or recreation.
- Valid Gada Pratama certification (mandatory).
- Understanding of security operations, access control, and emergency response procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate basic in both Indonesian and English
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
