💼 Job Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities related to Securities & Fiduciary Services (SFS), ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Process and maintain records for securities, custody, and money market transactions in accordance with operational procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and operational requests professionally while ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, operational documentation, and regulatory reports.
- Support reconciliation, verification, and monitoring of transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize banking systems and CRM platforms to support client servicing and operational activities.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
📌 Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience in Customer Service, Banking Operations, Securities Operations, Custody Services, or related roles is preferred.
- Understanding of financial products, capital market operations, securities, custody, or fiduciary services will be an advantage.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
