Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Cement Technology, or related fields.
- Experienced in quarry, raw material, kiln, or cement mill operations.
- Skilled in process flow, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and production optimization.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Resposibilities:
- Organize and monitor daily workshop operations to meet production targets and improve clinker and cement quality.
- Supervise equipment performance and maintenance to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the quality team to reduce raw material defects and improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including dust and noise control.
- Optimize production processes to reduce costs, energy use, and material waste.
- Manage and train workshop staff, assign duties, and promote effective teamwork.
- Coordinate with other departments and report production status with improvement suggestions.
