Job Description:
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange appointments
- Prepare correspondence, memos and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Collaborate with staff to prepare user's needs
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill: Administration, Computer Skill especially Ms. Office
- Good looking, initiative and flexibel
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Management and organizational skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Max 28 y.o
