About Us:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Owner's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents (in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications within the company.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events related to the Owner and Family.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Handle the ad-hoc task from the Owner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Secretary or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a secretarial, Personal Assistant or administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English whereas Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to be contacted after working hours when needed.
