We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary who will also support Personal Assistant (PA) tasks, General Affairs (GA) administration, and Receptionist duties. This role requires strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and good communication abilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience as Secretary, PA, Admin, or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Presentable with a positive attitude
• Domiciled in Bali.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Personal Assistant (PA) to management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
• Perform General Affairs (GA) administrative tasks such as office administration, document filing, inventory, and coordination with vendors
• Handle Receptionist duties, including welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and basic administrative documentation
• Maintain organized records (physical and digital)
• Support daily office operations and other administrative tasks as required
