💼 Job Summary
The Secretary to the CFO is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) while serving as the primary administrative support for the Finance & Accounting Department. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the department by coordinating documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with financial and administrative processes. The position also supports communication and coordination between the Finance & Accounting team and internal or external stakeholders, assists in preparing presentations and departmental documents, monitors administrative compliance, and contributes to the efficient execution of finance-related activities and office operations.
🔎 Qualifications
- Fluent in english is a must >> the user is expatriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in secretary with experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
