• Fresh graduates with a background in Secretarial Studies are welcome to apply.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Management, economic or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
• good public speaking skills and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic Accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Proactive, mature, and positive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
• Willing to learn and work hard to achieve targets.
Job Description:
• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business travel.
• Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Assist the Director with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations and proposals for clients.
• Prepare weekly reports and compile sales data for the Director.
• Provide supporting documents and administrative assistance related to sales transactions.
• Welcome and attend to guests or clients meeting with the CEO.
• Assisting and following the CEO in external meeting
