- Bachelor degree from secretary or administration or related background
- Minimum 2-3 years experience Secretary in Marketing and Leasing Area (Shopping Industry would be great).
- Expert in Copywriting.
- Good in Administration & Communication Skill.
- Perfect spoken & written English.
- Quick, Attention to detail, and Efficient.
- Able to work underpressure.
- Proficiency in using microsoft office (word, excel and power point).
- Asisst and support Director & Manager Promotion activity.
- Manage (scheduling and conduct Online & Offline meeting) .
- Manage marketing email (review and archieve emails.
- Supporting whole administration requirements in Marketing & Promotion, particulary in Leasing Area.
- Supporting Scheduling, Copywriting, correspondent, with third party.
- Administration Contract (LOO,LA,etc)
- Supporting business trip requirements.
- Organizing and working with some other team members in the Company
