Deskripsi pekerjaan Secretary (Mandarin) Pt Murni Solusindo Nusantara

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the daily calendars and schedules of multiple executives
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks
  • Prepare and format various business documents, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Secretary or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
  • A Bachelor Degree IT, Business Strategy, etc from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas (overseas graduate is a major plus).
  • Understanding of the IT business or work experience in IT/ICT/banking companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines & pressures.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
