We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our Commercial team in Jakarta to support the growth of our Online Talent Platform (Job Portal) business segment in Indonesia. The mission of this role is to increase the number of new company engagements and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the team to increase overall productivity by getting sales qualified leads (SQL)
- Learning and improving your skills in sales acumen
- Get real-life cases in negotiating and closing clients
- Gaining a deeper understanding of administrative tasks and update it in a timely manner
Who We Are Looking For
- Penultimate undergraduate student/fresh graduate with internship experience in SDR, Business Development, or related field.
- Target Oriented: Demonstrates the ability to consistently meet departmental targets, utilizing all necessary strategies and resources
- Strong Time Management: Exhibits excellent self-organization skills to maintain productivity while supervising the team, sourcing candidates, making calls, and handling various administrative tasks
- Proactively Customer-Focused: Displays keen sensitivity to customer needs, gaining a deep understanding of users, and developing solutions that effectively meet those needs
- Exceptional Questioning Skills: Skilled in gathering information through objective questioning, recognizing the importance of establishing a hypothesis before collecting and reviewing feedback
