Job Description
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
- Promote Agile Best Practices: Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum/Kanban methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Foster strong collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Utilize Agile Tools: Manage and track team progress using project/Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an IT project role, software development, or as a support member of an Agile team.
- Banking Domain Knowledge
- Strong foundational understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with project and Agile management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Strong team player with an open mindset and a willingness to learn.
