Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management/scrum master, preferably in software development or IT-related projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile & Scrum)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic IT infrastructure is a plus.
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and set realistic schedules.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes, and identify as well as mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure the delivered product meets established quality standards and aligns with user needs.
- Prepare regular project reports to update management and stakeholders on project status, issues, and milestones.
- Responsible for maintaining information security by adhering to security policies, protecting company data, and reporting any suspicious activity that may pose a security threat.
- Monitor development timelines across all systems within the company.
